The one shave balm I’ll never be without
The title says it all. This is absolutely the best aftershave balm I’ve ever used and it will always be on my countertop and in my Dopp kit. Whether you’re using a blade or electric razor, this balm provides a soothing after-shave treatment with a nice light scent.

Aftershave Balm
The Aftershave Balm surprised me. I was expecting something with a strong scent and perhaps a zing, like a traditional aftershave. This balm is smooth, like an oil, and makes your face feel happy. It’s luxurious, comfortable, and the perfect finish to a shave. After using it you might want a traditional aftershave or cologne for the smell they offer, but your face doesn’t need anything more to feel ready for the day. I’ve always used alcohol based aftershaves in the past and rather enjoy the brush soap in the face feeling. This balm is different. It’s an elevated experience. It’s better. Thanks!

Rich and thick
If you have used other lotion-type aftershaves, don't think this is anything like the. It is very thick. A little goes a long way. It spreads wonderfully and soothe after a shave. Scent-free, it prepares the face for a little after shave splash. Unique and nice.

I’m sold on this balm
I’ve never been one to use an after shave balm or lotion. I’ve tried a few and they left my face feeling slick and coated. This is the first Taconic product I’ve tried and I’m sold. I’ll never not have this in my shave kit. You need such a tiny amount that it will last probably for years and it leaves my face feeling clean and fresh. Best of all, the scent is mild and doesn’t interfere with my cologne. Good stuff.

Very good after shave
At first the price of this product gave me pause. I'm pretty cheap and am used to paying $5-$10 for aftershave products. My wife convinced me that good things cost more so I tried it. It is the best aftershave I have used to date and a bottle lasts me for months. I would recommend this to anyone who shaves with a blade.

The real deal
This aftershave balm is had to beat. You only need a small amount and will not clash with a cologne. Put the moisture back into your face after your shave with this wonderful balm.

good aftershave.
I was a little reluctant to spend $16 on 4 oz of aftershave but my wife talked me into it. First, it really doesn't seem to take much. It's a very different consistency than I'm used to. I was used to freer flowing, oilier preparations that you had to slather on to get any relief. Just a squirt for my neck and another squirt for my face and razor burn was soothed almost immediately. It says unscented but it has a very faint and pleasant sort of lime-ish sort of fragrance that disappears after a few moments. I've only used it once but so far my impression is very favorable. I will probably get some more when this runs out.

Seems to have helped my damaged skin!
I've been using Taconic products for the last few months. They all work great including this After Shave. The after shave even seems to have helped my sun damage skin. 5 stars only because I can't give it 10.
