Perfect for my needs
I already have the Atra version of this razor . Using it for head shaves, I was ready to move towards a 3 blade razor to remove more stubble. My only complaint is the the razor is not completely straight (possible small defect during production). Otherwise, it gives a great head shave.

Best Sensor Handle
The Taconic handle for the Gillette Sensor blades is great. It is just heavy enough to shave easily, doesn't require as much hand pressure and the length is just right for control. I found that the handle is made in China and so was hesitant to order it. I'm glad I did, not for China but for me. It is very well made, comfortable to use and fits the Gillette Sensor blades perfectly and securely. The head pivots freely. The ejector is plastic but a heavy plastic and should last indefinitely. As a side note; it comes with one Sensor two-blade cartridge that is much much better than the Sensor blades I've found in the last ten years. Wish I could order them. I did order the Personna Tri-Flexxx from "Safety Razors" and they work just fine in this handle. Overall I am very glad I found and ordered this handle. The customer service people at "Safety Razors" were very responsive answering my questions. The shipping was reasonable and fast; only 72 hours from placing the order on the web until the Postman delivered.

Heavy Metal Home Run...
Finally! The ultimate handle for my beloved original Sensor blades. No more multi-strokes...this thing means business. The original Sensor handle is a great design...but probably less than half the weight of this handle. Unfortunately Gillette continues to ignore the original Sensor...and the handles have been unavailable in stores for a long time now. I don't get it because it still has a large following. The entire angle/design of the Mach 3 and Fusion contraptions are just wrong. So thanks to this wonderful handle...life is good. I would like to buy a couple more of these for the gym, and travel. But are there any accessories? Stands? Cases? Please point me in the right direction... Let's get serious!
