Best all in one double edge razor
I would like to express that with Parker Variant Open Comb version I have the ability to adjust the aggression of the shave with the help of open comb functionality that allows harsh hairs flow through the teeth which give me smooth and effective shave allowing the soap remains back and let the razor glide smoothly over skin. I think this is perfect combination for smooth and effective shave.

I love my closer comb Parker variant & was excited to hear the open comb was released. The open comb is also great! It is the smoothest open comb razor I’ve ever tried. Smoother than the 26c. I did a head to head shave on YT@Stubble Meets steel comparing the open & closed comb variant. The open comb is as smooth or smoother as times then the closed comb. The open comb works better for longer hair growth as the hair goes through the comb teeth to the blade & clogs less then the closed comb. If you are on the fence about trying an open comb give the Parker varian open comb a try. It’s very efficient & smooth.

Smooth and efficient!
Amazing! Efficient and mild, smooth. I used the 2 variants side by side OC and CC I loved it at first use! It too me went slightly better than the original variant. I like a bit more of blade feel. But that was not exaggerated The OC was a bit more blade feeling than the CC, yet still very comfortable and mild and not overexposing as other open combs around. I think Parker was very assertive with the rounded thick teeth. Usually with open combs I feel the teeth almost like “needles” and get the feeling of scratching with too thin and pointy… not with this one. Parker nailed it!

Wow Smooth Shaver!
I was very excited to try out this new razor since I love open comb safety razors and wanted the adjustability of the Variant. I found it to be very efficient, but not aggressive at all. Overall a very smooth and close shave...highly recommend!
