Many years ago, I used a Gillette butterfly razor, but it did not match the appearance of my new Parker butterfly. Not only is it a very attractive razor but it has a "heft" that more modern razors do not have,. The weight of the razor offered the sense of quality and durability that the plastic, lightweight, multi-bladed razors do not have. I am most satisfied and I expect to be using this razor for many years to come.

Good product. If you have never used one of these or its been a long time like me be careful. Blades are very sharp and takes time to get accustomed especially when shaving around the chin.You will get a very close shave and blades last a long time.

It does work at a slightly different angle than my old razor, and its easy to get cut, so go easy your first shave to find the right angle. The razors feel sharper, because it leaves a wider gap than most safety razors.
