My favorite of the Parker razors!
I liked this razor better than the 24C. The handle is weighty, with deep knurling and an overall better feel in my hand. The shave was somewhat aggressive, that's been my experience with most open comb razors, but it was still smooth. I would recommend it to anyone who is interested in an open comb razor. The handle is truly the difference between this and other Parker razors.
